Bitumen Country Average Price Map
All map labels and table prices are indicative USD/MT values on FOB or FCA basis only.
Methodology and Commercial Scope
Hub selection
Locations are included when current evidence supports an active export origin, recognized waterborne benchmark or commercially relevant FCA terminal market. Import-only CFR/CIF destinations are excluded.
Basis and normalization
Sea-port rows use FOB and inland terminal rows use FCA. Europe uses EN 12591 regional benchmark grades, South China uses AH-70 and South Korea uses a broader penetration benchmark where identified; technical equivalence requires COA review.
RFQ requirements
A firm quote requires product type, grade, quantity, packaging, loading origin, destination, shipment window, preferred Incoterm, inspection, payment terms and required documents.

Usage Note
- These values are planning indications, not binding offers. A current RFQ is required before contracting or issuing a purchase order.
- Compare rows only when grade, packaging, basis, origin and loading window are materially equivalent.
- FOB port values and FCA terminal values are not interchangeable and exclude destination freight, insurance, import costs and local delivery.
- European EN 12591 grades, Chinese AH-70, Northeast Asian penetration benchmarks and North American PG binders require technical review against the project specification.
- Iran and Venezuela-related transactions require enhanced sanctions, banking, beneficial-ownership, vessel, insurer and destination compliance review.
- Prices may move rapidly with crude, HSFO, vacuum-bottom economics, refinery availability, maritime security, freight, packaging and payment feasibility.
Bitumen Price FAQ
Are these Bitumen prices binding offers?
No. They are current market-planning indications. A binding offer requires an RFQ covering specification, quantity, packaging, origin, destination, payment and shipment timing.
Why are only FOB and FCA values shown?
FOB and FCA keep the comparison focused on the origin or terminal. CFR, CIF, CPT and DAP include freight or delivery variables that can obscure the underlying hub price.
Why are regional-equivalent grades included?
Europe, China and Northeast Asia often publish different local benchmark grades. They are useful for market comparison but are not automatic technical substitutes for 60/70 without COA approval.
Which documents should be requested?
Request a current COA, SDS, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection or compliance documents required for the destination and payment route.
Ready to Confirm Current Bitumen Price?
Send the required grade, quantity, packaging, loading origin, destination, shipment window, payment terms and document requirements for a current quotation review.
