Hub selection
Coverage starts with the latest complete 2024 HS 281511 and HS 281512 export rankings, then verifies active production, product availability and practical FOB or FCA loading. Canada is added in this edition because current trade data and producer evidence support a material liquid-caustic export corridor; Jebel Ali and Mersin/İskenderun remain regional re-export benchmarks.
Price construction
Ranges are calibrated from July 2026 public regional indices, May–June FOB benchmarks, Q1–Q2 2026 assessments, current posted export offers, recent producer or domestic market indications, customs unit-value checks and hub-specific packaging or handling differences. Bulk liquid is shown in USD/DMT where that is the normal market convention.
Comparison rule
Compare only like-for-like rows: the same physical form, NaOH concentration, unit, packaging and loading basis. USD/MT prices physical product weight, while USD/DMT prices 100% NaOH content. A firm offer still requires a complete RFQ.
