Hub verification
A location is priced only when current product-specific evidence supports an FOB seaport route, an FCA production origin, or an FCA border/terminal handover. Ramhormoz remains a verified caustic-soda production and export origin, but it is not priced in this update because a current public FOB/FCA quote could not be independently reverified. Astara is also excluded because the current public caustic route is CPT/DAP rather than FOB/FCA.
Price construction
Direct public producer prices are used where available. Other rows are planning ranges calibrated to current Iranian route charges, verified grade and packaging, and September 2026 regional FOB/FCA market checks. Composite ranges are not binding offers.
