The review rechecks hub eligibility, current product forms, grade or ash/particle-size definitions, packaging and named trade basis before retaining a numeric row. Iran follows the latest published hub schedule dated August 19, 2026; Türkiye is refreshed from a broader 2026 FOB İskenderun grade schedule; Colombia is reset to the latest public high-purity FOB Cartagena listing. Markets without a sufficiently transparent product-specific FOB/FCA reference are monitored but not assigned a fabricated price. Firm quotations still require confirmation of lot COA/TDS, quantity, packing, origin documents, inspection, payment terms and loading window.

Methodology and Commercial Scope
Basis
All rows use FOB for sea-port export gateways or FCA for mines, plants and land corridors. CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP are excluded so the hub comparison is not distorted by destination freight.
Hub and price method
Numeric hubs are retained only when a producing source, branded natural-asphalt product, processing/re-export gateway or established route can be matched with product-specific evidence and a defensible FOB/FCA price anchor. The latest complete cross-country HS 271490 dataset remains principally calendar 2024, while current product publications, public export schedules and logistics evidence were rechecked through August 27, 2026. HS 271490 also includes natural bitumen, asphaltic rock and related materials, so customs unit values are used as directional checks rather than treated as executable Gilsonite quotations.
