The active priced network now excludes Sumar / Mandali because Iraqi authorities have scheduled commercial exchange there to resume on September 15, while Khosravi / Al-Munthiriya and Mehran / Zurbatiyah continue 24-hour cross-border movement. Parviz Khan remains a major Kurdistan Region trade gateway, and Bazargan / Gürbulak remains a strategic Türkiye–Iran road corridor. Sea-port FOB levels remain reference indications only: Strait of Hormuz traffic is severely constrained and a new maritime attack was reported on September 13. Commercial basis
Mine, processing and land-border indications are FCA named point; southern sea-gateway indications are FOB named port under Incoterms 2020. Ocean freight, cargo insurance, destination handling, import duty and destination taxes are excluded.
Market validation
Gilsonite has no exchange-traded benchmark. September 2026 public FOB references, grade-level 2026 quotations, processing and packing differentials, inland positioning and current corridor status are cross-checked before setting each range. Quotes with different Incoterms or materially different specifications are not converted into false like-for-like prices.
